On September 13, 2026, we will ascend Armenia’s highest point, the Northern Peak of Aragats (4090m). We will start the ascent from Gegharot and finish there as well. Those with hiking and altitude experience can participate in the ascent.

• Relative elevation: 700 m

How to prepare for the hike:
1. Hat, including a sun hat
2. Sunscreen
3. Sunglasses
4. Thin long-sleeved shirt
5. Thin down jacket and a windbreaker
6. Hiking/sports pants (no jeans)
7. Shoes with thick soles, preferably waterproof
8. Raincoat
9. Gaiters (optional)
10. Trekking poles are mandatory
11. 1.5 L of water
12. Food
13. Spare shoes and socks
14. Pack everything in a backpack
15. A bag for your own trash (candy wrappers, empty tissue boxes, used wet wipes)
