The children’s parents help us greatly through their participation.
At “4 Peaks,” my children experience what it means to care for a friend, to balance their own ego within a group, and to practice tolerance. And ultimately, this is where they realize that the homeland is not just an abstract concept.
“4 Peaks” is a unique school of life, rather than just a mountaineering and rock climbing club. The experience, knowledge, and skills my children gain at the club cannot be replicated in any other situation or classroom setting. This is where they learn about safety, nature conservation, caution, the ability to navigate difficult situations, and self-restraint.
I am grateful to the club’s coaching staff for providing my children with such comprehensive knowledge. All the hikes are interesting and educational, fostering both physical and spiritual growth in our children. I would especially like to highlight the winter ascent of Mount Menaksar; despite the difficult, snow-covered terrain, our children overcame the challenge with dignity.
Our third child is already completing the club’s courses, gaining comprehensive knowledge about our native nature, wildlife, first aid, and hiking life. Hiking has become an important and inseparable part of our lives. Thanks to the club, the children understand that small steps taken in the right direction eventually lead them to the heights of their dreams.
