Birdwatching

The first phase of the “Vultures of Armenia” lecture series, organized in schools as part of “Vulture Month,” has concluded. During this phase, NABU Armenia also visited our club. During the lectures, the children got to know the vultures living in Armenia, understood that they are completely safe for humans and nature in general, and even grew to love them.

At the end of the first phase, a large birdwatching hike took place, during which we visited Armash and began observing the birds. During the hike, we were lucky enough to watch the flight of ducks, magpies, gulls, grey herons, cormorants, and other birds. This time, we not only discovered beautiful places in Armenia but also got to know the birds.

Throughout the hike, we were accompanied by Mount Ararat, dressed in white and bathed in blue.
