Climbing Sunday
Another successful Sunday! By training on various surfaces, climbers work both their external and internal muscles—the ones that support the spine and internal organs. So, if you notice your child’s back is “tired” from school, hurry over to us!
Our training sessions are paying off. From one workout to the next, the children are perfecting their skills and feeling more free and confident on the wall. Height has become an empowering friend; the kids have grown to love it, climbing higher each time by giving it all their strength, flexibility, and willpower. Thanks to their flexibility and balance, and by using various techniques, we are already tackling walls with “negative” inclines.
