Angela Tshagharyan is a professional artist and has been a mountain rescuer with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia since July 2021. She began mountaineering in her youth and is a member of the Armenian Mountaineering and Mountain Tourism Federation. Angela has completed numerous ascents both in Armenia and abroad, including Mount Ararat, Mount Kazbek, Mount Elbrus, and Mount Damavand. She also has many years of experience as a mountain guide. Through Angela’s instruction, children learn about the equipment and gear used in the mountain environment and gain practical knowledge about how to prepare properly for a hike. Her lessons cover essential outdoor equipment, clothing, safety considerations, and the planning skills needed for safe and enjoyable adventures in the mountains.
