First Aid

When going to the mountains, you must prepare correctly and be able to overcome any danger, whether it be weather-related, natural obstacles, or physical injury. For this purpose, we study first aid lessons in great detail with the children. Thanks to this knowledge, we develop spatial thinking, as we learn not just standard medical aid, but skills that allow us to stop bleeding, immobilize a fractured or injured body part, stabilize a foreign body, and transport a victim—even in low-ceiling conditions (for example, in a cave) and so on—even without necessary medical supplies.

Through this lesson, we learn to provide aid using whatever is at hand, such as a plastic bottle. Don’t believe it? You should… We can even immobilize a fracture with a plastic bottle. Our lesson, which differs from classical medical aid, is very important during mountaineering and children’s expeditions, because due to certain circumstances, you may not have the necessary supplies to provide aid. Thanks to this knowledge, if you find yourself in an extreme situation, everything will surely have a positive outcome.
